We always go for the shrimp tacos…they are amazing. Today she asked if we had tried their ceviche? I said we haven’t so we did. It’s the best I’ve had. Very pleased. Always great customer service. If you have my gone you’re missing out

Based on the reviews, Mariscos Sinaloa food truck is the place to go for Mariscos. The shrimp tacos are amazing, with fresh batter and handmade corn tortillas. The Hot Cheeto Sushi is delicious and packed with flavor. The ceviche mixto is excellent, with perfect flavor and mix, and is the best in Colorado. The fish tacos are excellent, with properly fried fish and perfect toppings on fresh-made tortillas that are soft but don’t fall apart. The green salsa is flavorful. The customer service is top tier and always great. Everything is clearly made here. This spot has ruined other places permanently. If you haven’t gone, you’re missing out.
