Was excited the double decker taco was back. Ordered 6 supreme double decker tacos in the drive thru. Lo and behold, get home and no sour cream in any of them! And you charge extra for Supreme?!? How hard is it, really, to make the item the way it's supposed to be??? And no one answers the phone when I called. Very disappointed.
It took 10 minutes to get my order, I ordered on the app, and upon receiving my food the fries were old and cold. During this time I watched several drive thru and at the register orders be completed. Obviously app and online orders take a back seat in priority here. I asked for fries to be replaced with fresh, which they did, but not without a bit of attitude and making me feel bad for asking.
