When i arrived the person behind the counter was making an online order for 5 different subs. They told me to wait and then proceeded to have me wait 20 mins while their partner was unpacking boxes in front of me. They absolutely didn't even try to hurry with the online order and I was the only person in the store. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Poor customer service, we were never greeted nor asked what we would like to order. They just looked at us and we waited to see how long they would take to acknowledge us. That never happened, until I asked a question. We ordered for our kids and left to get something else to eat from another place.

Just ordered through Door dash the delivery was excellent right on time, however the food we received was very disappointing the sandwich bread was literally half the size it normally is so with that being said there was less room for and meat or veggies, I ordered the outlaw that was supposed to come with double pepper jack and I got none it was supposed to come with Baja sauce and also nothing the vegetables I did get were soggy not fresh in any way. My wife ordered as well with the same issues in size and quality of her sandwich very disappointing. We won’t be ordering from here any more

Who ever worked memorial day(5/26/25) ,girl i SAW you! There was ONE staff member on. She was kind, polite, and greeted EVERY guest that walked in the door. She had about five to go orders, not to mention the 15 in person guests. And I walked in with an order for 9 people. She was calm cool collected, an ace in her place. I wish I would have asked your name when I paid!!! Thank you so much. Keep shining and #subway you owe this woman a raise!!!!

Messed up my online order and made it so I was only able to have 1 bread and made me wait 3-5 business days for my money back would not allow me to switch location of pickup. Food and service was horrible will not be returning again thanks but no thanks.

Walk in with my family of 5 and waited for the subway rep to take our order. When it was our time order she told that she had to make 5 sandwiches for an online order and that we would be better off going somewhere else. Don't waste your time here!

With these employees any business declines, I am a deliverer, I have 20 minutes waiting for my order, it does not bother me because they told me that it is delayed and I accepted, what seems curious to me is that they have not provided service to 5 customers who have been saying that there is no service and that if they want to wait it will take 1 hour obviously people leave.
