We have lived in the valley for 40 years. This was out first time in.. IT WONT BE OUR LAST.. I had the breakfast burrito which was one of the BEST I have ever had. Wife had the enchilada plate. She is a Santa Fe native and she said it ranked right up there with anything from SF. If you are in Olathe GO, you wont be sorry.
I ordered a chicken enchilada, expecting something good, considering the locals all spoke highly of the place. However, when I got it, everything was covered in shredded cheese, the corn tortillas were soggy and felt like wet sand, and the chicken was not only shredded to oblivion, but it had no seasoning aside from some pepper (table variety). I almost cried in front of my family (since I have various emotional disorders that make the smallest things feel massive or upsetting)....
Love our hometown little place. It's not for someone expecting city. It's a hometown place. Everyone is great & nice. Take your time & enjoy the real homestlye food. My love anything with the greenchili. 😋
