So this little food truck is out in the middle of nowhere and is completely worth the drive to get there. It's located at "4 mile corner" (Hwy 348 and 5500 Rd) west of the dairy.
The carne asada tacos are tender and flavorful with just the right level of spices. You can order them standard or spicy, and for $2 each you can get your fill. I'll be back soon to try other flavors and offerings.

We love to bring family here when they visit. The tacos and burritos are so good! This is authentic Mexican food. The service is always fast and the location is fun because it's close to the dairy and Triple M orchards that has THE BEST produce. The best of everything all on the same road.

I LOVE La Carreta Del Sabor. It is so worth the drive to this place. I love the tacos and the sauce!!! I recommend you stop here to get a bite. I must warn you there is always a line, but they are quick and it is worth the wait. This place reminds me of one of those places that should be on triple D show. The customer service is excellent and everyone is friendly.Features: Mask if you desire to do so.
