Best in town. Great menu and fantastic cocktails. Really. I was torn between the elk and the rabbit. So I got the rabbit and the smoked trout. Yup.
Food is wonderful here. This time I had their salmon....Loved it. That is the reason I endure the rude front of the house manager. The wait staff can also be unfriendly.
We had an amazing date night at Brickhouse 737 during our trip to Ouray! The atmosphere was perfect for a special evening—chic and cozy, with a warm, inviting vibe. The food was simply outstanding. I ordered a dish that included salmon and crab, and my partner, who had never tried either before, sampled some from my plate. He loved it, which was such a fun and memorable part of the night!
The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel right at home, taking care of every detail to ensure we had a great dining experience. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a delicious meal with top-notch service in Ouray, I can’t recommend Brickhouse 737 enough!

Wow, wow, wow. Had the elk bolognese. I may be ruined for having bolognese anywhere else again. One of the best meals of my life. A taste of Flank steak was also amazing.

We sat upstairs on the rail and it was nice to people watch. The bolognese was delicious and the short ribs were very tender and perfectly cooked. We also had a cheesecake which I forgot to take a pic of but it was also delicious. Our server was also amazing. Glad we stopped in for dinner

We had a lovely dinner here for our anniversary a few days ago, the drinks were delicious and the elk bolognese and venison were absolutely delicious. Service was great and the restaurant itself was in a cool building, we were seated in the upstairs ballroom area. We would absolutely dine here again if we're ever back in the area.
