If you’re looking for a nice sitdown dinner in Ouray, this is the place! Just make sure you’re ready to take it “slow.“. Not because their service is slow, but that’s the way you’re going to savor the flavors and appreciate the meal.
If you drink, you might wanna think about having one of their cocktails as “dessert.“ Appreciated detail, including them serving water to kids at a local table in sippy cups.

We had an amazing date night at Brickhouse 737 during our trip to Ouray! The atmosphere was perfect for a special evening—chic and cozy, with a warm, inviting vibe. The food was simply outstanding. I ordered a dish that included salmon and crab, and my partner, who had never tried either before, sampled some from my plate. He loved it, which was such a fun and memorable part of the night!

We sat upstairs on the rail and it was nice to people watch. The bolognese was delicious
and the short ribs were very tender and perfectly cooked. We also had a cheesecake which I forgot to take a pic of but it was also delicious. Our server was also amazing. Glad we stopped in for dinner
