Fantastic experience! Erin, who was also the manager, was kind, attentive, and gave great recommendations—her service and welcoming vibe are a true credit to the restaurant. The martini with passion fruit was amazing, the lamb meatball special was outstanding (should definitely be a regular menu item), and my braised rib was cooked to perfection. My fiancé’s chicken was equally delicious. The s’mores dessert was fun, nostalgic, and a perfect ending. Highly recommend!
BrickHouse 737 delivered one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The grilled quail special appetizer was outstanding. The limoncello shrimp linguini was light and bright, and the braised rabbit and rooster comb pasta was a flavor bomb with a great mix of textures. The carrot cake was easily the best I’ve ever had.
Drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was dark, warm and intimate. Our waitress was also really nice and gave great recommendations.

Easily the best restaurant in Ouray or Montrose county. Every dish I’ve tried has been outstanding. You can truly tell the kitchen has passion for what they do. Always a unique offering of specials, and there is so much attention to detail in every dish. Spectacular service, atmosphere and the food is phenomenal.
