While staying at the Beaumont Hotel over Labor Day we walked down the block to have a late night appetizer and drink. . Food was good and nice atmosphere. Nice to support a local business and not some chain.
I’m not kidding when I say I day dream of this pizza. Not only myself- but my husband and daughter as well. We visit Ouray once a year and our trips are sacred to us and now so is this pizza. We tried this place for the first time this year in August and this review is a result of me having another day dream about the pizza. The service was lovely and our waitress remembered us and our order just from one night (we went back twice).

The hand tossed wood fired pizza was fantastic! Seriously, some of the best I've had in CO. Perfect crust!
We will definitely be back when we are in Ouray again.
