Loved this breakfast spot! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. Jennifer, was incredible. She was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. Can’t wait to come back!

If you’re looking for a cozy breakfast spot that feels like home, Kami’s Samis is the place to be. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Ms. Jennifer who took our order had a motherly charm that made us feel like family.
The food? Absolutely fantastic. You can tell every dish is made with love—classic, comforting, home-cooked goodness that hits the spot. From fluffy pancakes to perfectly cooked eggs, everything tasted fresh and full of flavor.
The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was inviting, and the entire experience left us wanting to come back again and again. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Kami’s Samis for a breakfast that feels like a hug.

Serviced was decent. It’s one of those that you order at the counter. Food was decent. Coffee was awful. To go order was burnt. The bill was $120 for 5 meals and 3 coffees.

Wayyyy too expensive for the service they (don’t) offer. The with the dark hair is INCREDIBLY rude. And I just asked a simple question about if a sandwich should’ve come with the sauce listed on the menu after saying “it’s on the menu” instead of just being able to answer me…she had to get the manager to answer to me… they don’t tend to your table, so I wouldn’t leave a large tip at the counter they are not going to
Check on you. The 7 dollar latte was gas station level good. The salmon bagel was good and the cinnamon roll was amazing. But just know you’re paying WAY too much here haha.

We had breakfast there and it was to die for. It is one of those places where it is pretty much self service. You pay at the front and tip as you wish. They bring the food to your table and check on you regularly but you pick the silverware, napkins, water and refills, condiments. If you need anything other than water they will make it for you in the front. Parking is available in front of the building and there is plenty of free parking. Overall the food is delicious and fresh ingredients you can taste. I highly recommend this location.
Vegetarian options: Available to order
Parking: Free and in front of the building with plenty of spots

The best French toast (stuffed with Ricotta) and avocado toast we’ve ever had. Serves breakfast and lunch all day. Don’t miss this place.
