For a town that relies on tourism, a little hospitality goes a long way. Tossing my wife's plate on the table is not very friendly. Doesn't hurt to engage with your customers and at least pretend to have some hospitality.
Stayed here in Ouray for the weekend, and this place was great! Food was delicious, came out in a timely manner, and the lady who took our order was very nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
The wait staff is so kind at Kami's Samis! They don't like to do substitutions (particularly when it's busy), but they were more than happy to oblige with my dietary requests (gluten-free, vegetarian). They have both a gluten-free bagel and bread for their sandwiches.
