We enjoyed Maggies, chose here because it was voted best burger. We thought we saw online that they had an Elk burger and they do not. The menu was a little hard to read as it was all handwritten and bunched together. Service guy was super nice! My husband got the wild game burger which he said was great. I just got the cheeseburger. My bun was so soggy from the grease, but still ate the burger. Fries were good. Would I say the best? No. Was it decent priced and good - yeah. Cool hole in the wall.

Good burger if you want something on the messier side. Decent outdoor area. You add the toppings yourself (onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments/spices).
Oh my!!! Onion rings are a must and the burgers will blow you away. So good that I'm willing to go back to the area just to get a burger and those Onion rings!

This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. My whole family felt the same about theirs. Fries were good and the onion rings were amazing. I’m not usually a fan of beer battered onion rings but these were the best I’ve ever had. If we ever go back to Ouray we will definitely eat at Maggie’s again!
We were back in Ouray, September 2024, and made sure we went to Maggie’s when it was open. Just as delicious as we remembered! Tried the green chili burger this time and it was great. We were too hungry to remember to stop and take a picture before we ate! If you’re in the area - definitely go to Maggie’s!!!

We were looking for a quick bite when we first got into town. Let me tell you, the regular cheesrburger and wild game cheeseburger were fantastic. Juicy and flavorful! The actual restaurant had a laid back vibe - you grab your own condiments and re/fill your cup at the machine. Make sure to grab a marker or two to sign your names on the walls!
