I had the pulled pork sandwich, which had good flavor and a really good BBQ sauce but was on the dry side. The coleslaw was unique and a little spicy, which was nice. The person I was with had the brisket BLT which was much better in my opinion. It's not as good as a Texas BBQ place but it was still really good. Really tender and moist and great flavor.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast before driving Black Bear Pass, and it was delicious! We weren’t sure what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!

Cute lil place with great flavors and big portions! Everything we got tasted amazing and all the craft cocktails were top shelf - surprising for the very fair prices. Our party's favorite dishes were the Brussels sprouts and the smoked trout. Very limited seating in the winter, so be sure to make a reservation in advance. Live saxophonist Yaz was slightly loud for the small space but a super fun touch anyway for Valentines weekend ❤️

We come here frequently for breakfast and have been here for dinner too. Both are exceptional.

The food is high quality and flavorful. The staff is helpful and friendly. And the restaurant itself has a cute rustic cabin vibe that suits the area.

Hands down the best breakfast/brunch spot in Ouray. Nice relaxed vibe with great food. The Smokehouse Benedict was top-notch, my daughter enjoyed her kid's menu selection as well.

Wow.... Last minute choice of a restaurant close to the hotel.... When ya read "smokehouse" and you walk up to a patio its inevitable to think "this is going to be overcooked ribs on butcher paper"....
Mind you this was Valentines day but the bumble vibes reminded me of a steakhouse in rural Montana.
Ok, lets go.
Special for the night "smokehouse prime rib with yukon mash, aspargus and carrots". Yeah, that will work. Lets have that with the Caesar salad and fried brussels.
So, the brussels were very good but just a bit sweet.
The salad... OMFG... I ahve had a couple really good caesar salads in my life and this one just took the second spot, and that is saying something. It had all the things but what really made it was the dressing. It was like angels took lemons and tickeled you while you ate it. So light so refreshing.
Then the prime showed up...
A nice 20oz cut, cooked to our perfect medium rare liking, stacked on golden mash, perfectly cooked asparugas and lil carrots with the tops still on.
BOOM...
Now here is where the real magic happens. If ya know, ya know. Its the little things. So far everything is fabulous but when ya grab a little dab of the horseradish sauce and pop it in your mouth... Its like walking through a snow covered wonderland of creamy goodness that dances divinely with the ajou making a total mouthgasm of prime rib delight.

For a busy night I can really feel that chef and his team have given their heart to every dish. This is what makes food so special. Sustanance that eminates love, care, intention.
