We went to celebrate our engagement dinner while we were in town, the food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was that of fine dining. All of the food was delicious and so were the drinks. It was so nice to celebrate here and enjoy a delicious dinner.

I don't even know where to begin. We walked in around 615pm to an empty restaurant which should have given us pause but we sat down. We ordered crab cakes that tasted like they had been frozen. No lump crab, just substance that looked and tasted like saw dust. I had the chicken dish with risotto and white wine lemon caper sauce. The risotto was very over cooked making it terribly sticky. We were surprised it would be served as it was obvious. The two pieces of chicken breasts were a good size but looked and tasted pasty. My partner took 2 bites of their pork dish. Yeah it was that bad. I don't know if this is an after thought of a restaurant or what but the owner's really need to think what they're doing. Just start over again and focus on quality and dishes that you can really impress because right now it's the worst we've had in all of our travels. It was really a bad experience for a meal. The service was great and the place was clean which is the only good thing about this place. Sorry but we're being brutally honest.

The food is NOT worth the price. They charge “upscale” prices for the worst tasting food I’ve ever had . $40 for fatty, extremely salty pork with a horrible mustard sauce. Potatoes were tasteless which made the pork bearable enough to eat until satiety. I would NEVER go back here and I don’t understand the reviews that say otherwise.
Just want to add- if the whole table doesn’t eat half the food and doesn’t want boxes- you may want to ask why.

The service was great, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. There were, however, a few items that seemed inconsistent. Some of the food was very salty, and several of our dishes were cooked to a lesser degree than ordered. Primarily though, I felt the value was just not a good as some of the other restaurants in Ouray, which have similar quality food for half the price.
Overall a good place, but with a few inconsistencies and lower value than desired.

As a local who eats here often, I'm befuddled by the poor reviews. We love the garbanzo app, which is great. The crab cakes could go up against any in Florida or Baltimore, the lamb chops and orzo were cooked perfectly and spiced just right. This is a local favorite.

Had the pork with “Risotto”, the pork was very good, the “Risotto” was absolutely bad. It was a sticky thing with a strange color and no flavor. Three of us ordered the “Risotto” and no one ate it. Did they ask why? No. My daughter ordered roasted potatoes and they tasted like liquid soap. Sorry, but a lot of room for improvement.

One of the best meals that I have had in months. The cocktails were phenomenal, a few entrees large enough to share (the pork was delicious - add the mushroom risotto) - highly recommend.
How many 5 star reviews am I allowed to leave?? This place is incredible!! We came on a Friday night for our anniversary. This was DEFINITELY the BEST most TASTE BUD DELIGHTING meal in town! My husband and I both got the ribeye steaks. I had the mushroom risoto, and he had the potatoes and tarragon sauce. The flavors were impeccable and very well pared. The steaks were very tender and mouth watering with every bite! The drinks were of equal quality, and the lemon drop I ordered was not overly sweet, which I loved. If you are craving great food, good flavors, and amazing service, this is the place for you!

The meal was absolutely delicious. I had the filet and it was perfect. Potatoes and vegetables beautifully complemented the perfect steak. My husband had the pork and said it was the most tender pork chop he's ever had. Definitely worth every penny! Server was wonderful and whole atmosphere delightful! Thank you!
