“I am part owner in several BBQ restaurants in Texas and, in my opinion, Square Top's bbq is very good... reminds me of home. I actually score Square Top as a 4+. I have eaten here several times and I have been very satisfied every single time. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because the sides were good, but could use a little more "heat," something to make them stand out... hey, but that's just my opinion. I found the staff to be friendly and responsive. The atmosphere is fine and, maybe, could reflect a little more of the ownership... some memorabilia.“
