They have Gardein chicken tenders, tempeh bacon, and Just Egg. So almost anything on the menu including the AMAZING liege style waffles can be made vegan! They even subbed oat milk ice cream for the whipped cream on my daughters’ waffles. With the layer of caramelized sugar on the waffle top and syrup, they were delighted and then going hard for the rest of the day, haha. Service was very friendly. Will go back every time we’re in Pagosa!

Black Bart’s puts a unique spin on brunch with a variety of meals that incorporate liege (Belgian) waffles and their own spin on some classics. The avocado toast with spiced honey is out of this world! Love their breakfast tacos! And I’m not sure if the blueberry lemon cookie butter waffle is brunch or dessert and I don’t care - I stabbed my fiancé’s hand in order to get the last bite. (Not really, but it crossed my mind.) The leisurely vibe and great drink selection (hard and non-alcoholic) also add to a fantastic experience!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast with the family, and unknowingly stumbled onto the best kept secret in Colorado. The staff is friendly, the options are vast, and the food is quite honestly second to none! If you’re within 7,000 miles of this place stop what you’re doing and get here NOW!

Best brunch in town! Got to eat at this wonderful establishment today for the first time and gotta say wow! Best chicken sammie I’ve ever had, & waffles were phenomenal! Great family friendly place, took the wife & kids. Board games they offer are a big plus. Highly recommend!

We just enjoyed brunch at your restaurant. All 6 in our group really thought the food, milkshakes, service and owner were top notch! My Dad is picky with food choices and he rated this restaurant and service a 10 out of 10! We will all be back and send people your way!

So happy they've found a permanent home! Also a perfect Apres spot. The Souvlaki Fries and Chicken Tikka pizza are our favorites, but don't forget to finish with the best waffle I've had other than in Belgium.

I happened across this place while watching the hot air balloons takeoff last Sunday and I’m so glad I did. I had the vegan breakfast tacos with an oat milk chai latte with a vegan waffle to go. It was all excellent. I would eat here every weekend if I were local.

We ordered the Korean BBQ chicken and waffles, Nashville Hot chicken and waffles, Bibimbap as well as the Taro Jasmine Boba & the Thai Tea . We played the card game Ok Boomer while waiting for our food. Both the woman upfront who took our order as well as shout out to Eli for great service!

Everything is gourmet, could be on a cooking show. The most polite and helpful staff I have ever encountered. Oddly enough the prices are as low as McDonalds. The drinks are brewed so well.

We visited Black Barts’s for the first time and fell in love! We got the bacon egg & cheese waffle sandwich , banana Nutella churro waffle, strawberry & cream waffle, and açaí bowl, traditional milk tea and a vanilla latte. Everything was so good but the waffle sandwich was our favorite! The service was amazing. Will be back!
