For starters- the staff: the owners are wonderful and welcoming, servers are friendly and happy. Great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor options. Last but not least...everything I've had there has been top notch!! My go-to is the HashSmash with their spicy Nashville sauce and a lemonade 🎉 Thank you for offering a truly fabulous menu!

This place is a gem in the town of Pagosa Springs. We came here for breakfast and got the waffle meal. The waiter recommended a few variations of it and we are grateful for their very tasty recommendations!

Great food and really really nice staff!

We came here based on reviews and local recommendations and were not disappointed. It didn't hurt that the waffles were something we don't see on menus that often.

The food was fresh and hot and the atmosphere was really pleasant and our server was excellent. The coffee was really good and I actually got one for the road. We'll be back when we come through, for sure.

⚠️ warning ⚠️ Sunday is a brunch $25 per person and extra for beverages.
A cute quaint place. Food was good but the buffet was always almost empty .
Waitress was nice, took my order for diet coke but later into my meal I found out there was none...bummer...im sure any day but Sunday is the day to go here.

If I had known Sunday was buffet only we would've ate elsewhere. I think this should be clearly advertised on the web and out front before you walk in.

What an amazing lunch. My Sister and I came here for lunch! I ordered the Mumbai fries. My sister ordered Bibimbap Rice dish. The Mumbai fries were one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. Everything was fresh and made from scratch. The flavor was explosive. The Korean BBQ sauce on my sisters dish was amazing. Don’t miss out on this amazing establishment.

First time visiting Black Barts Brunch, the food was amazing! My wife had chicken and waffles while I ordered the bacon egg and cheese waffles sandwich. My wife also ordered a Vietnamese coffee which she raved about. We’ll be making this a must visit when staying in Pagosa Springs. Thanks Bart!

We've eaten here twice and it has been fantastic both times. We'll probably come back tomorrow again. They have so many great choices. My personal fav is the chicken sammy! Thanks Bart, we love this place and the history that goes with it.

Really enjoyed the Nutella and banana waffle I got here. I was craving something sweet and it was perfect.

A family favorite, with great food from an eclectic menu. Something for everyone… and the chicken and waffles to die for! (Parking is tough during road construction on HW160, but worth persisting)
