Excellent quiche, brewed coffee and bakery to go along with kind service and a lil syncronicity.

The past few visits, we've sometimes had missing/weak syrups, sometimes orders completely wrong, with top dollar prices this is a bit disappointing. Will update if this improves

Burrito was fantastic! Great flavor. Lots of ‘regulars’ that seemed to know the staff. I grabbed mine to go but they also gave space to eat in. Pastries looked great .

Went in there on a Thursday morning right after they opened and there was already a line almost out the door. Girl working the register was super friendly and kept a smile on her face the whole time. Food and coffee came out quickly!

TOO EXPENSIVE! IT Would MAKE some scense if the food was good, but its COLD, as well as gross. Service is quite and stuttering like they don't know what to do.

I go in quite a bit, unfortunately I have had a terrible experience lately with one of the younger girls that works there. Although I have yet to catch her name she is always very rude/hateful with me. I go in for my usual (an americano) and this young lady has always had an attitude with me. I have also heard her use very explicit words behind the counter which is very unprofessional for that type of establishment. I’ve made the unfortunate decision to no longer give this place my business due to their lack of respect.

This is a lovely coffee shop with super cakes & sandwich options. Coffee could be made with a little more finesse but overall a great spot to grab something to eat & drink. In particular the zucchini bread was delish! Dog friendly too

Sept 2025: They have matcha! And it's really good 👍 I was a bit disappointed with the cookies this time around. I'm unsure if they freeze them and pull them as needed, or if it was sitting in plastic wrap for awhile. Either way, it tasted a bit off and not very fresh. I do recommend the cinnamon rolls. The reason for the continuation of the 4 stars is due to the service. Everyone gives off a vibe of not really enjoying what they do. Are they nice? Yes. I wouldn't go as far as saying they are friendly or welcoming though.

Sept 2024: We came here for coffee twice during our stay in Pagosa. The tea and iced coffee were good. I also had a chocolate chip cookie that I'd get again. The atmosphere was cozy. The reason for the 4 stars was that both times we went, the line was very long and slow moving. They were also out of matcha and wouldn't be getting any more in for the duration of our stay, but didn't have any signs on the menu or counter stating they were out of that menu item. It was a bit frustrating to hear that after standing in line for 15 minutes.
