The employee here are not paying attention to what their customers said and they don’t know what they are doing. I got a promo for “buy one sandwich and get one less or equal for free”, but they gave me “bogo for $1”. Told them it is not the same deal, and they are dumb enough to insisted it is the same. They wasted me $1 because of their mistake, and they don’t even make my sandwiches right. I asked for non-spicy McChicken with extra pickles, and they gave me Spicy McChicken without any pickle. Worst dining experience at McDonald’s ever! The employees here did their job worse than the McDonald’s app.

Stopped in to pick up a mobile order. Waited in line for over 45 minutes and when we got to the speaker was told that they were closed. I explained that I had a mobile order. At first they didn't care but after a 15 minute conversation they finally gave us our money back. Before we went to the drive-thru we tried to use the mobile pick-up but the app said it was closed and to go inside. The doors were locked so had no option but to use the drive-thru. I'm sure it was because they were short staffed but they could have been better at giving the refund.
Prioritizing drive-through orders should earn McDonald’s as one of the places that is the absolute worst in America or a special place in hell

We visited while on a road trip and happened to stop in while some managers/owners were there. I don't know if that was the reason our service and food was so fantastic, or if this location is always that good. But for a single visit it was the best McDonald's I have been to in Colorado!

McDonald's in pagosa springs is becoming a joke. I went to register was turned to the kiosk. I don't work for McDonald's. I shouldnt have to put my own order in if i go to a register. Card or cash. I'm done.
