The place is ran out of an old abandoned hotel.
The pizza wasn't good.
It took far longer to make than the estimated time.
Its honestly weird going inside. Not a good weird.

The best stuffed crust around. Super friendly staff the lady that works all the time is awesome and so friendly she's great. The pizza is great every time I order (which is a lot) this place has gotten a lot better since moving locations.

Took the family for pizza and it was fantastic! We were walk-in customers. The woman at the register was nice and efficient. Our pizza came out pretty quickly - no long wait. It had plenty of cheese and meat toppings - delicious. We will definitely be back!

If you like a good thin crust pizza with a reasonable amount of toppings that you paid for, this place isn’t for you! Plenty of cheese, but every other meat and mushroom topping was scarce. Also ordered thin crust pizza but got thick. Can’t recommend. We stopped in at 5:15 pm and were the only customers in this pretty large restaurant. When we left about 30 minutes later with our carry out order the place was still empty.

They were about to close but we told them we were desperate lol. Ordered two pizzas. Made fresh and to perfection. The lady at the counter was super sweet. Loved the food. So check them out

The lady was very rude and our food quality was very poor. No customer should ever be treated this way when trying to correct their order. Not very impressed when my first time in Pagosa Springs

I had never been to a Papa John's but there wasn't any other commercial chain pizza choices in Pagosa Springs such as pizza hut or dominos so I gave them a try. I realized that day, I did not like Papa John's. It's not necessarily the pizza places fault I personally didn't like the taste of the pizza sauce. The sauce was to sweet for me. The pizza looked good, tasted fresh, and staff was friendly. I would not go back to this place but I also wouldn't tell others not to try them out because of my own personal preference in sauce... to each their own.
