My husband and I walked in after getting off of work late for a quick pizza, the first thing she said to us when we walked in “we close in like 5 minutes” I told her we would be quick and she rolled her eyes and threw a big fit the whole 3 minutes it took her to make the pizza, she was smacking the computer while checking us out to make sure we knew it was a big deal that we walked in to late for her. She handed us our pizza and while we were walking out she started cussing. Worst experience ever to get a pizza. Young girl, purple hair with glasses.

Best place to get a pizza in my opinion! This is a store-front operation where you pick up the raw pizza and bake it at home. They assemble it just how you want it or order one of their specialties (my favorite is the Cowboy Pizza). They also have side items like salads, drinks, garlic sticks and so forth. The place is always spotless clean and the staff are polite, friendly, and efficient.

I guess I kind of understand when you're paying your people sub $15 an hour. But the help that I have received from the staff at Papa Murphy's over the last 5 to 10 visits has been pretty consistently bleak, I understand they're overwork and understaffed. But have tried calling four times in a row to confirm if my order even went through, was thinking in my head anytime I've ever called Domino's or Papa John's or Pizza Hut in the past the answer because that's the business. They pick up the phone they take the order they say thank you, unfortunately not here when they say contactless service they truly mean that. Going to drive over here in about 20 minutes to see what the deal is but couldn't get anybody on the phone.

Always a dependable source for a pizza with fresh ingredients. Good value for the price. Can get busy. Ordering ahead on line most efficient, saves a wait. Consistent delivery of a good product. Clean, friendly,comfortable.

Saturday, 10/7, 7:15 PM: Ordered a pizza online and was informed via email confirmation that it would be ready for pickup at 7:42 PM. I arrived at 7:40 and the store was dark and the door was locked. A young man was inside at the register so I knocked and waved my cell phone. He came to the door, asked my name and said, "Sorry, I ran out of dough. I can have it for you tomorrow or give you a refund." I opted for a refund and asked him why he didn't call, text or email me (my contact info being provided when the order was made online...), to save me from having to drive all the way there for nothing.. He just shrugged and said, "I'm sorry, I don't have any more dough or cheese."

We walked in at 7:38 and a young woman and gentleman were inside and told us they were closed and refused to take our order. They close at 8, that’s not late at night, y’all can stay open till 8.

We ordered a thin crust with pepperoni, ground beef and sausage. We got a cheese pizza with no other toppings after waiting 10 minutes because the server couldn't read the name on the order. We were quite disappointed.

I have been to this Papa Murphy’s twice in the last two weeks. Both times they closed before their hour of 8 o’clock saying they just wanted to close.They were rude, condescending, disrespectful, and if it was my restaurant at fire all of them. I would love to have the manager call me. I am very disappointed in this establishment. I have been to Papa Murphy’s in Fort Worth and Arkansas and we’re treated very well unlike this restaurant, I see the sign that says start your own franchise From now on I’ll call ahead and find out what their when what time they wanna close that day so I can get there before they come up with that excuse. Very disappointing VERY. Is there a no manager on duty at your establishment? I am not the only one that was treated that way both times others walked in behind us were treated the same way. I would love to have the owner call me and explain to me why anybody would be treated this way.

This particular papa Murphy's is by far the worst one imaginable. Not the pizza but the employees suck really hard. They close early and say they are out of dough and don't honor pricing that is posted all over there windows. Lazy.

Ordered a pizza online and paid for it on 9/13/23. They were closed when I went to pick it up...90 minutes before closing time. People in the back ignored me when they saw and heard me at the front door!

I tried to call several times and finally someone answered and said we werent taking phone orders, need to order online or come in and hung up. I had a question on ordering online and their special. I went in to order and they were out of this and that, and I said what do you have, she said its over there in the pans. I said so what do you get on a vegie pizza if you dont have vegies? She said there were plenty. I reluctantly orderd. The supreme I ordered didnt have squat on it, the vegie pizzas were ok. Wouldnt go there again. When I picked them up she told me I was disrespectful, asking what they did have I guess. Whatever, the pizza sucked, we ate a piece of each and threw them away. I see why they are closining all the locations. None left where I lived.
