Really nice place close to pagosa springs. Went on a Sunday and they had a buffet breakfast table for 13.99 with a variety of foods. Very delicious and staff was very friendly. Great atmosphere.

Busy place! You’ll probably end up waiting at least 20-30 minutes for a spot. Food is ok. Salsa is gross. Service was decent but the host when you walk in didn’t seem to know what was going on. Loud atmosphere.

We ended up here on Christmas Eve, and while other restaurants in town were overwhelmed, the staff at Ramon’s were friendly and welcoming. The mood and Christmas decorations were festive, and the food was great!

The place is beautiful. Service was exceptional. The food was alright. The salsa was different but good. We got refills before even asking. Overall, nice place.

Cheese was not melted, the food was very bland and the worst refried beans I have ever had. The table was not clean.

This place is bland to put it best! no flavor whatsoever. Stay away this is terrible Mexican food! Better off going down the street to the next restaurant.

The food here was great, but the service was sadly lacking. The waitress was mostly not attentive and when my wife asked for more tea, she got it while I was sitting there with an empty glass. My 3 stars was based on the food quality or it would have been much worse!

Anytime we visit Pagosa, we have gone to Ramon’s and love it, however, this time was awful! Our waitress was very unfriendly, checked on us maybe once, everyone else brought our stuff and we waited for a very long time for our ticket, we look forward to the Queso they normally have and got regular white queso, the food was awful and not even hot! We witnessed an elderly woman fall in the parking lot and no one from the restaurant helped until I told the manager we needed napkins because she was bleeding, at which point he said oh I better go out there! Very disappointed! We will not go back! The Southfork location is much better!

We enjoyed the food and service alot! The rice was okay but had a lot of oregano. I liked the camarones a la Diabla and the quesadillas were delicious! The service was good and the waitors were very nice. The place does smell kinda bad which is why I give 4 stars, but our hotel also smelled the same so I assumed it is because of the towns sewage. It smells like urine.
