One dude was trying to make 15 drinks orders while some chick literally stood there and ignored both him and customers. It was mind boggling. Owner clearly doesn't care about this location if basic work isn't being performed.

Worst Starbucks in southern Colorado…. Their Pike coffee was basically colored water. Ordered two cups got on the road …. Too late …. Should just thrown $7 out the window….this one is in a grocery store and employees are lowest paid I presume. Also gave attitude….

Obviously, there was something going on at this coffee center today between employees. There was no communication between the two employees who were working. The lady that made my drink gave me a tall when I had ordered a venti. I didn't know if she was upset with me or if she was upset with him. However, I do remember seeing him punch in a venti on the cash register, and I know I paid for that. I have been to this starbucks before and have had great service. Unfortunately, today, their attitudes overflowed and made the experience uncomfortable.

Starbucks inside king soopers. Not as good as regular Starbucks. Feels like beans are burned. Just ok. Drink tastes ok. Hope it’s better next time.

This Starbucks is located IN the City Market supermarket. It's right there when you go through the front doors.I stopped here two days in a row to pick up a coffee beverage for my friend. I encountered two different ladies taking orders, both of whom were very nice. The second day, the poor gal was working alone, so she had to take orders and make drinks. It took a little longer to get the drink than it had taken the day before, but the wait wasn't more than a few minutes.My friend gets a double espresso Americano, and he really loves the way they make it at this store.
Vegetarian options: I believe all the coffees and other drinks are vegetarian. I believe vegan substitutes are available to replace dairy products.
Parking: This Starbucks is in the City Market supermarket, so you can park in the City Market parking lot in order to go to this Starbucks.
Kid-friendliness: It's just a kiosk, no seating, so it's neither friendly nor unfriendly towards kids.

This location is the only one in Pagosa and it is inside of the local market. It reminded me of the Starbucks inside of my local target back home. You cannot dine in at this location either. Unfortunately there was only one barista and she was nice. I felt bad for her because there was a wait/line. I do not know of this much traffic is the norm or of its due to the holiday season and ppl staying at the resort. This was our second trip to this location in one day and both times were purchased some cups. The Chestnut Praline tasted good and no complaints. Edit to say, I came back and bought a tumbler and this morning, there were 3 friendly baristas

Drinks were fine, what you expect. The service was poor. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to come out from back to help me. When she finally came out she made my order in the wrong size.
