This was my fiancé & I’s second time here, we absolutely loved it. Unexpectedly they’re now serving bbq on Friday & Saturday nights but it was delicious we got the brisket and the chicken. The family who owns & works at this establishment is incredible & very personable. They went out of their way to bring wine from their winery (Varaison) since it was closed once we got into town. We will be returning again!

We were excited to try this place. My daughter loves ciders and we were able to sit outside with our pup. Our server was attentive and gracious. We ordered a flight of ciders, sandwiches and French onion soup. Unfortunately we did not like the ciders. They were flat and one tasted like vinegar. The French onion soup was really good, however the sandwiches were disappointing. They were skimpy, not enough meat to bread ratio. Just lacking for the price. I wish I could give a better review, but we ended up wishing we had gone elsewhere.

This was such an outstanding experience. Excellent food and delicious ciders that taste like the fruit they are described as! Owner Andy was also a delight to chat with. If you like cider and wine (or just love good food), this is a worthwhile stop.

13 Brix is a great find in Palisade. We went for the ciders which were so flavorful. Kristen couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful with the tasting; the peach actually tasted like fresh peaches. Then we returned the next morning for brunch. The lemon-cream pain perdu was heavenly, as was the Belgian waffle Benedict. Andy, the owner and cider maker has a winner a cidery and French inspired bistro.

Believe what you read , but you need to have your taste buds decide. So get over to Brix Cider Bistro. This is not only a place you can sample high quality hard cider but also some of the finest recipes . The Fine Dining style of this restaurant is spot on bringing the best of food service to a casual atmosphere with a friendly attentive waitstaff . One of a kind . We stopped by for lunch and ordered the Reuben sandwich—it was absolutely to die for! My husband was so impressed, he nearly ordered a second one to go. And don’t even get me started on the Colorado Cola—an absolute must-try! We’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

It’s a must stop for BBQ! The ribs and burnt end are perfectly made, the garlic mashed potatoes are a perfect combo. Don’t miss this family run business who knows BBQ better than any of the large businesses!

Stopped in for Sunday brunch. Loved the atmosphere on the patio. Food was delicious and they even accommodated my 4 year old with some scrambled eggs. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

The best hometown mom and pop shop Palisade in Colorado has seen in many years!!!!! Thanks to the family-friendly atmosphere and the effort that is put in by the staff to get to know their patrons, it is truly a warm and welcome change. Grand thanks to Andy and the family he fosters in his establishment, for bringing such an anointing experience and food to our small town.

What a treat finding this spot was. It’s been a long time since a restaurant on our travels exited us so much. Everything about this place was exceptional. Our waitress greeted us at the door and her positive upbeat vibe was infectious & she gave us the lowdown on the menu. We brought 2 year old twins who are very very busy & she made us feel right home despite the mess afterwards.
We had the family style barbecue. The portions were generous & so tender & the sides were out of this world too.
Flights of cider were fun & our server had an amazing knowledge of local wines . I’m so glad our kids have moved to Palisade because we have found a new favourite place to dine!

Upscale cafe dining at such reasonable prices in downtown Palisade, renowned as a fruit and wine mecca. We both had the Soup du jour & Salad combo and it was freaking delicious! Cider Cheese Soup is thick with savory sauce, potatoes and slices of sausage in a generous cup serving. French-style frisée mixed greens salad was tossed with a delicate cider-based dressing, tomatoes, red onion and feta; also a generous portion. Attentive, friendly server and tons of sun thru the giant windows rounded out our lunch. Only tiny complaint was it was roasting-hot with all the sunny windows but our server offered to turn on a fan! (Who even does that? So nice) I don't drink alcohol so skipped the hard cider, but this boogie-rustic bistro is a place we'll visit again.
