El Ray Mexican Restaurant in Palisade, Colorado knows exactly what it’s doing! The food is delicious, full of flavor, and hit the spot. Great portions, friendly vibe, and authentic taste—definitely a must-stop if your the area. Yummy is an understatement!
I stopped by today for lunch. I was in Palisade so I knew what I wanted. I got the burrito rancho.
When the nice young man asked about hot sauce I told him to hurt me. I was not disappointed the sauce was awesome and made my sinuses run. I am full and very happy. I will be back as soon as I am back in Palisade.

The food was pretty good. 25$ for 5 bite sized tacos, 8 $ to get one extra. We loved the decor and that they were open later. They had the best reviews around but since they're in the grand canyon prices are higher
