The drinks from the distillery were outstanding, the food was good to very good. The service was horrible- even though only 1/2 the tables were seated, our waitress only came to our table of 9 people about 4 times during our 2 hour stay. She messed up the order and gave incorrect information regarding drinks and food.

Food wasn’t very good and the service was bad. Nachos were ok but overpriced. Pizza was edible but it was nothing to write home about. Not sure the Distillery is set up well for table service… maybe a self-service food truck would be a better option. I miss when the distillery was just a distillery honestly. Service was really bad— had to ask for everything (napkins, fork, water); plus, it took forever and the server seemed very overwhelmed despite it being not insanely busy.
Distillery drinks were great!
Parking: There’s always plenty of parking when I’ve been here.

I’m a bit confused as to what vampire hunter thought it would be appropriate to add entire uncooked giant cloves of garlic to a pizza. Pizza wasn’t awful with chicken and veggies, just sub par. I wouldn’t be bragging about it. They’re not know for pizza though. Vampires beware.

NEGATIVE 10 Stars. Very Bad food Bad service. Little Ceasars has better pizza. Drink was 90% ice and tiny bit of liquid. Took them Forever to make the drink even though no one else was waiting at the bar and no tables in front of me. The pizza has Bare spots of Crust Without sauce or cheese or toppings. It's a thin crust with barely any cheese or toppings. Menu says 2 kinds of cheese on the pizza, should say No cheese. When I told the server what I thought of the pizza they just walked away. The server could have said a normal human good communication thing like "Let me see what I can do I'll be right back." Instead of just walking away. At the very least they could have melted some more cheese on top at least. No I did Not want another pizza, it already took them forever to make the first pitiful pizza that they thought was good enough. This place must be new not many reviews, 14 reviews. If you go here then have very Very low expectations, or be Really drunk. They are probably making a good profit since they are overcharging without using ingredients. The servers are inexperienced and untrained. If they stay in business it's only cuz they are open slightly later than other places, and now there's enough drunk tourists there. Artisan means they artistically don't put cheese on their pizzas lol.

Had 2 dinners here and very good, good spirits and drinks. Food was good and had the jackalope squares, sandwiches, taco bowls and all good. Guacamole was basically cut up avocados with some type of carrot topping and not what is expected from this dish. Would avoid it. Service was good even being short staffed.
The atmosphere and food were both good, however, service was lacking. The hostess wasn't very attentive to our seating needs and she didn't bother to explain ordering, as there no hard copy menus given. Our server was better once he reached us (maybe lack of communication between hostess and servers- it was slow). The Southwest Cobb salad was delicious and big serving size and the tacos were loaded and delicious as well.

Had been there once for drinks as the Distillery. Went July 1st 2023, with friends who were visiting from out of town. Host didn't care about seating us. Once the server came, he was friendly. Great drinks and food. Slow service for food. Would return for drinks, but not for a meal.

Good food and location, nice indoor and outdoor seating, dog friendly too. I stuck with a couple of beers from the Durango Brewery but the wife and kids enjoyed some cocktails with their house liquors and enjoyed them.
I have been coming to Peach Street Distillery for years and while their drinks are still really tasty, ever since they have started serving food the vibe has definitely changed and was a let down.. It used to be grab a drink at the bar or chill outside with live music..now it's just another " family friendly" restaurant.. go back to the food trucks and no one under 21 one rule..
Flavorsome locally distilled liquor. These cocktails are really good and enjoyable! Especially after drinking allots wine, a nice cool cocktail takes the edge off all the newly created wine. Get a gin Ricky !
Oh man this was the best experience ever! I love coming to palisade and hitting this place up. Enjoyed the peach street treat a cannoli pizza. The crust was my favorite part. The honey added that little hint of sweet, I didn’t see the chocolate drizzle but no complaints here. The drinks paired well.
We had appetizers and dinner here before and after our distillery tour. The guac was touted by the server as being the best, but it was just average at that, even was sweet, which was unexpected. The tacos and pizza were good; the crust on the pizza is chewy and yummy. The vodka is beyond compare! So good!
