WOW, what an incredible experience! Not only did Carboy have amazing wine, but taking a tour here really opens your eyes to the intricacies of winemaking, especially in Palisade. Barbie went above and beyond while leading our tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable about tasting and production, and shared what makes Palisade such a distinct region. Cannot say enough good things about her and Carboy - visiting Carboy made our day trip to Palisade so special that we are planning...
We live here in Palisade. The Carboy team has been great community players. I have watched these guys work hard in their vineyards and produce a quality wine that the whole town can be proud of. Thank you for making our community so much fun to visit.
I took my mom to Grand Valley because she was surprised to learn that Colorado produced wine. While I recognized Carboy from its restaurant locations in downtown Denver, I was hesitant to add their winery to our itinerary because it seemed "too commercial" in my initial perception...
