Le Snack catered my grandmother’s memorial service and we requested finger foods. They curated an amazing menu that I would have loved to try, but I knew our guests have a simpler palette. I requested a few tweaks and they were happy to oblige. Their continued communication from start to finish was extremely helpful and kept me at ease. On the day of the event they set up an eye catching spread and made sure everything was stocked throughout the time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better food. I would 100% book them for another event and I will contrite to try their creations at the food truck or at their dinner events.

It is worth the trip to Palisade simply to have them come to your home (or AirBnB) and give you a taste of these amazing dishes. Get the wine pairing too- brilliant!

It’s hands down the best place to dine in Palisade. Recently my friends used their services for a private dinner and, not to anyone’s surprise, it was delicious. I love how they incorporate local foods and in-season produce throughout their menu. You can really tell a difference. If you haven’t dined with Le Snack then you’re missing out!

Fine dining from a food truck? Yes! Reasonably priced too. Mike and Megan are the best, and the food was fantastic. I had the pork burger, my wife had the gyro and we shared a salad and a desert. All were very tasty. All in the little Colorado town of Palisade. We are from Arizona, but we will be back.
Wow, a refreshing entry into the Palisade food scene. Table service on a shared winery patio from two Colorado restaurant pros. The food quality is excellent and creative. Mike and Meagan should be on the next Diners, Drive ins and Dives. We really enjoyed our experience here. Bravo.
