The Meadery is always a breath of fresh air. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the sweeter things in life! Today on our visit we had the Blueberry Honey Wine and the White Sangria (both great as usual!) and learned about the nest camera that they have to observe an on-site Kestrel family as we wait for the eggs to hatch later in June! What a treat, thanks for the great service and experience as always!
The staff were very welcoming and willing to walk us through their wine selection! Great atmosphere and wine/meads overall. Would definitely recommend while you’re making your rounds here in Palisade.
Had the most wonderful tour at Talon Wines and Meadery. Our guide, Jack, was very knowledgeable and beyond friendly, and made our experience such a delight.
