I would fly across the country to dine here.

I’ve eaten at the top restaurants in all the big cities and internationally. Peche remains one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

It’s deserving of a Michelin star. You will not be disappointed by a single thing on the menu.

What an incredible experience! We were driving from Denver to Moab and stopped for a dinner at Pêche. Somehow we lucked out and were seated right away, though it seems like reservations would be a good call. The second you step foot in this place you know the food and service is gong to be amazing. And it was. We really enjoyed the steak and the lamb for our main courses. The potato soup was out of this world, and the beignets were fantastic. Can’t wait to come back and try it again.

Had dinner on a busy Saturday night, which admittedly is never easy. While there was some confusion about the reservation, it was quickly remedied. The food was great. We had a soup that included fried potatoes (crunchy) in a non-cheese broth that was savory and delicious. The main courses were lamb and ribeye, both of which were exceptional.

While I’ve seen reviews online referencing prices, I have to assume that these are from individuals not used to finer dining, as it was well worth the cost. Would return again in a heartbeat.

We are so lucky to have this amazing restaurant in the Grand Valley. The food is so much better than what you receive in the big city. The chef, staff and ambience are over the moon. Perfect spot to celebrate special occasions. It is our FAVORITE in Grand Junction

We visited Peche in Palisade a couple of weeks ago and were blown away. Every dish was prepared with incredible care and attention to detail. The food quality and variety make this restaurant truly stand out. Sometimes it seems like restaurants can try to be overly exotic, but Peche strikes the perfect balance—creative, elevated dishes that are still approachable and absolutely delicious. Many of the recipes are ones you’d never try to make at home, which makes the experience feel extra special. Definitely worth the trip for anyone who loves thoughtful, beautifully executed food.

When I came to the western slope for a visit from a big city, while on vacation, I was looking for a food experience. At Peche, that's exactly what I got. I sat at the kichen bar and was able to see everyone and everything happening in the kitchen. I was amazed by the way the chefs worked together and the amount of respect you could feel they had with each other. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. I never felt rushed and always felt well taken care of. For a small town, I was unsure what to expect. I would definitely visit again.

A little disappointed with dinner last night. When two people have a$200 dinner bill, the services is should be better then eating at Chili’s. My dinner came out before my husband’s, he sat there for almost 5 min while servers brought other people their food. I ordered $$ bread for my $$$ pasta which I didn’t get. Our server didn’t check on us when we first got our food till I asked about the $$bread. Then the server said there’s no bread in the WHOLE restaurant. It’s now almost 45 min since ordering my now cold $$$ saucy paste with no bread. Not what we were expecting on our much needed Parents Night Out Date.

The food here is perfection on a plate. Peche has ruined traditional chicken tikka masala, it is the best I have had at Peche.

We were a party of 4 and loved our dining experience. The service was perfect and the restaurant lovely.

We can't wait to return!

This is the most professional establishment in the Grand Valley and possibly the entire west slope. We sat at the kitchen bar, and I was amazed at the training that the chefs here have clearly received. I have 15 years experience in fine dining mostly in CA, and the young kitchen staff had the same urgency, focus, and dance of any of the best restaurants thay I've been to or worked at. The food was outstanding - an eclectic menu, to be sure, but for me personally that makes it fun. The atmosphere was a good balance of buzzy and bustling, noisy but not too loud. As a former pastry chef, perhaps the biggest deal for me was that the desserts delivered. I am almost always disappointed by the desserts at restaurants, even fancy ones, but not here! The fall creme brulee was subtle and divine.

Some finer points:
It's pricey, but in this case, food-wise you do get what you pay for. Portions are not skimpy and the balance of flavors in each dish we had were spot on.

My husband and I didn’t love that you're expected to order everything at the beginning - you get one chance to order. We felt a little bit rushed...granted, we were there for 2.5 hours but would have appreciated 3 to really savor and enjoy. For the price we paid, I would have liked more control over this aspect of the meal.

I was disappointed with our server's lack of knowledge about the wines on the menu. We like to pair wine with each course, but a good amount of knowledge is needed to do so well. She did let us have tastes of a couple wines so we could decide, but the servers here should be regularly tasting every single wine on the menu so they know what to recommend.

All of that said, what a delightful experience for our anniversary, and you should definitely order the steamed pork buns!
