Absolutely unacceptable. When I sat down, the server specifically asked if I had any food allergies. I clearly explained mine, yet they still served me a dish that contained the exact allergen I warned them about. This isn’t just a small mistake—it’s dangerous, careless, and shows zero respect for their customers’ health and safety.

Food allergies are life-threatening, and a restaurant that ignores them has no business serving the public. The fact that they asked about allergies and then still brought me food I couldn’t eat shows a complete lack of professionalism and management. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly caution anyone with dietary restrictions to avoid this place. After that was told to leave by the owner and didn’t receive an apology acting like it was my fault .When we talked to the owner and chef they didn’t apologize or offer solutions but instead argued and blamed me .

We recently dined at Peche and overall had a great experience. We sat at the chefs counter and Grant was a pleasure to talk with. We ordered the pea and the foie gras appetizers (definitely highlights of the meal!), the steak for the main, and peach crisp for dessert. All of the food was exceptional (except the frites that accompanied the steak were a bit average / greasy).

Our main issue had to do with the lack of knowledge our server had when asked basic questions about the menu. If you’re going to have a cocktail menu with no descriptions, all of the servers should be able to accurately describe the drinks. Instead we were met with an “I don’t know, I’m new.” She also didn’t make any effort to find someone who could answer our questions. That being said, after some Google searches to figure out what the drinks may be, we ordered some cocktails and they were spectacular - great tasting, presented beautifully, and worth the price. It definitely just felt like a bit of let down after hearing how amazing the service is here.

We certainly look forward to coming back to Peche in the future, but hope training of servers is taken into account more seriously.

We drove 75 miles to go out to eat for our anniversary b/c we had been to Peche once before with friends. The atmosphere was nice, loud but not too loud. The staff were pretty attentive, but didn't seem to know the menu as well as they should have. Our appetizer was phenomenal, but our entrees were a bit of a disappointment. The tandoori chicken was overcooked, and the side vegetable was oily and bland. The Mexican platter really seemed out of place on the menu. For two people, with only two drinks the bill was $180 but the satisfaction was not commiserate with the cost.

One of the best meals we've ever had!
This place is spectacular. The staff is super friendly and they work in unison and quickly. The kitchen is right behind the bar so we could see them doing the cooking and prep; incredible team. I had the ribeye which was spectacular along with fries cooked in beef tallow. She had the chicken tiki, also incredible. Good wine, best peach salad I've ever had and a nice souffle for dessert.
I cannot recommend this place any higher. We got lucky at 5:00 without a reservation, but if you're going to be in Palisade, you should get a reservation several days in advance.

Sigh. I always forget to take pictures because I get so excited to dig in. The way they treat a simple tomato and turn it into an amazing appetizer. I thought Palisade peaches were good but what they did on their peach appetizer with goat cheese made them magical. Everything is just crafted to perfection. It’s such an elevated meal and worth every penny.

This is hands down the best dining experience I’ve ever had and how lucky are we to have it so close to home! A hidden gem. I could order anything on the menu (even if I have no clue what it entails) and know I will be amazed! Their service and atmosphere are always 10/10 as well. Fun to visit at different times of the year to see and taste their rotating menu, fun cocktails, insane dessert.

Had such a great experience at Peche! Our server, Daniel, was incredible. He was so friendly, attentive, and really went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergy and the food was outstanding. A true hidden gem in Palisade.

Loved it last year, but this time the service felt careless and the experience fell flat.

We had a wonderful experience at Pêche last year, but this visit missed the mark. Service felt disconnected—our main server walked away mid-question, and after appetizers, the table wasn’t cleaned before new silverware was placed down. Dessert to-go came out too early, so the ice cream melted before we got the check. There were some standout staff members who were kind and attentive, but overall, the evening felt a bit clumsy compared to our previous visit.

We had an amazing experience dining at Peche! We didn’t make a reservation but the wonderful hostess, Evelyn was committed to getting us a table, and we got to sit right next to the kitchen! It was incredible to watch the orchestration and hard work in the kitchen, and the food that came out of there was top notch. We especially loved the lamb chops, the chiles rellenos and the creme brûlée. Wow!!!! We were slightly let down by the peach dessert, given that it was summertime in Palisade. Only other room for improvement would be the front of house staff. Our server was very nice, but very underprepared. She was too young to be able to speak to any of the wines or cocktails at all and didn’t have a lot to say about the menu dishes either. I’d say the main thing that could take the Peche experience to the next level would be to invest a bit more in the training and experience of front of house staff. Thanks for an incredible evening!

What a gem. Amazing food, wine, and service. Felt almost Michelin like. We enjoyed the Palisade peach salad, heirloom tomatoes, pork Milanese, ribeyes, and tiki Marsala.

The prices at this restaurant that is set in a small town with no other options has taken advantage of the locals, and tourists, the menu offer no real options for food choices.
How is one to go out to eat here with normal friends and be able to afford these prices.
You should be ashamed definitely not a local!!!

I eat at a lot of fabulous restaurants. This will probably be the best I have this year. Yes, normally I just talk about the food. And the ingredients here were OUTSTANDING. The peach salad was refreshing and creative. The lamb was some of the best I've ever had. And the cherries were rich but not too heavy.

But the service deserves a particular shoutout. Ev was my waitress and was simply delightful. Warm, talkative but not overwhelming, and she planned my dishes perfectly.

I can't say I know the next time ill be in town, but ill be telling everyone I know its worth going out of the way. It's a special place.
