From the first bite to the last, this restaurant was phenomenal. It's a bit pricey, but between their service, quality of their food, atmosphere, and overall experience - it was worth every penny. Could I dine here every night, no - but would I do it every time I came to visit palisades - ABSOLUTELY. I also loved their farm to table approach and perfectly prepared meals and cocktails. Can't wait to go back next year!

Came thru town for just a few nights and was told to try this place. The food was amazing! Our waitress was Evelyn and she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and kind. We got the pork belly, moral mushrooms with ham and white asparagus, and the ribeye. It was all so delicious!!! Also we got the sourdough bread, table side charged creme brulee, and probably the best old fashioned I've ever had! Along with a great meal we got to watch all the chefs work in the kitchen like being in a live cooking show and it was so cool to watch! Highly recommend!!!

Ambiance was cool, really loud though. I am not sure that we will return due to lack of accommodations for dietary restrictions. Fine dining options should be available for everyone. Zero vegetarian or pescatarian items on the menu. You can modify dishes but no discount for lack of meet or larger portions of veggies are provided. Full price for half the meal.

Food and service was amazing! But they sat us at the bar, right in front of where the bartender was washing glasses. Making a reservation 3 weeks in advance, paying over $250 dollars, not being able to enjoy conversation and sitting at the bar watching someone wash glasses all night. Not what I expected!

This was our first time here and it was incredible! We all shared the Naan appetizer and the fondue. Both were delicious. For dinner we ordered the steak, lamb, and the chicken. It’s hard to decide which was best, because every element of every dish was so well thought out. Also all of our drinks were amazing. We will be visiting here many many more times!!!

Trying to avoid hyperbole but this might be the best overall meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant anywhere! Appetizer of house made sourdough with caramelized onions and cheese, wow! The Gà (Vietnamese chicken) was insane and the Lamb was divine. The drinks (old fashioned, New York sour, margarita and daiquiri) also pristine. The s’mores desert is fun, just try it.

Exquisite Culinary Experience at PêchePêche exceeded all expectations during our recent visit. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. We began with the caramelized onion appetizer, which tantalized our taste buds with its rich flavors and impeccable presentation, setting the tone for what was to come. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the butternut squash dish, a masterpiece of culinary artistry. Each bite burst with flavor, showcasing the chef's dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients and crafting them into something truly extraordinary. To top it all off, the warm autumn crisp provided the perfect sweet conclusion to our meal, leaving us feeling fully satisfied and content. In addition to the exceptional cuisine, our waitress added an extra layer of warmth and professionalism to the evening. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our dining experience enhanced our enjoyment and made the evening truly memorable.Overall, our experience at Pêche was nothing short of amazing. It served as the perfect backdrop for a romantic date night, and we left with hearts full and stomachs satisfied. Without a doubt, Pêche earns a solid five stars and our highest recommendation for anyone seeking a culinary adventure that transcends the ordinary.

Small and quaint. Servers were busy but mindful of your needs. Cool open kitchen to watch the action. Carmelized onion fondue with sourdough was an amazing appetizer. Jerk chicken to share the flavor was insane. Sadly no room for dessert. Next time for

We LOVED our experience dining at Pêche! My husband and I were visiting the area with our little one during the off season in late January and hadn’t known about this spot - we lived in downtown Chicago for 10+ years so when we discovered there is a restaurant in Palisade owned by two Alinea alumni (Michelin-starred experiential dining) - we knew we HAD to go. Only thing is we have a newborn - but I was assured by a number of locals that 1) Palisade is super family-friendly and 2) the off season would be a lot easier to do something like that, so we went for it! Bébé was fed before and slept like a champ through dinner. The experience was everything we’d hoped and well worth the planning. Firstly, you’ll notice the open kitchen (very similar to Alinea) - I personally am fascinated by watching all the goings-ons - so if that’s your jam, def ask if you can be seated near there, or even at one of the counter seats.) The waitstaff was incredible - so personable and very knowledgeable about the food, flavors, wine pairings, etc. - and the food was to die for. We split the Lyonnaise salad and the Caramelized Onion dishes to start - the salad was super fresh, vibrant and well balanced by rich pork belly and soft egg. The caramelized onion fondue was like the best French onion soup you’ve ever had and came with their house sourdough. I ordered the Jamaican Street Food chicken dish and my husband got the ribeye - the flavors and presentation were incredible. Thank you for such welcoming hospitality and delicious farm to table food - definitely will be coming back (if we can get a reservation!).
