Great spot for green chili, music and beer.
Great beer and food. I gotta get a big pretzel next time.
Fantastic food, great drink and even better staff. If you get the chance to visit during one of their events you will not be dissapointed. Fun, relaxed and real, down to Earth, small town community vibes with a beautiful view.
It’s unfortunate that they allow smokers on their patio. I went there with my husband and our newborn son for the Bronco game a couple weeks ago with every intention of having a couple beers and a meal and we left after sharing one beer because there were people lighting upright next to us. They had the garage door open so we couldnt even escape the smoke if we went inside. It makes for a very unwelcoming atmosphere. I love the beer here and I hesitate to go back.
Krista was amazing and so helpful when I was deciding what drink I wanted. She had so much menu knowledge and made my 21st one to remember!
Haven’t tried the food yet but have tried a few flights of beer. Some tasty brews! 2 stars because each time I’ve been here and sat outside on the patio they allow smokers and it’s unfortunately not family friendly (or friendly to anyone concerned about second hand smoke). Also, I’m pretty sure it’s a violation of the Colorado Clean Air Act as the smokers are often within 25 feet of the entrance.
Pizza was great and good prices! Quickly and easy!
Solid food. And very solid brews. The staff here is personalable and attentive. The locals are friendly and chatty for those that want to engage. Lunch specials will fill you up and and the tasty beverages will keep you hydrated. If you are in the area 100% worth a stop. Thanks Palisade Brewing!
Great bar food the wings and fried mushrooms are S tier beer and food is affordable
I read reviews about how good the Rueben sandwich was so ordered it. 1st bite and the meat pulled right out of the sandwich because it was tough as shoe leather. Don't order it! When I told the bartender, she thought I was joking. I said no, it was the worst Rueben I've ever had....
No joke! What a disappointment.

An absolute must stop after a hot hike in Palisade! The beers here are refreshing and hit different after a hard hike like Mount Garfield. The sandwiches are amazing too.
One of the best bar+restaurants I have been to in many years. The fries were great, jalapeño brisket sandwich was great and the portion size was actually big enough for an adult to eat and be full which is not common in Colorado. Beer was great as well.
They also accommodated a dairy allergy well. You’d be surprised how hard it is for places to simply not put cheese on something. Thanks Palisade Brewing Company! 🙏
A great brewery making beers true to-style and other rotating beers/sours with good food selection. The BLT and summer salad was light yet filling for lunch while on-pause from touring Palisade vineyards and orchards. Larry, their brewer, was super kind to provide an improv-tour and a sample of wort utilizing oats which I asked their bartender about their rotating IPA. Looking forward to revisiting and keeping in contact about production and collaboration with Palisade wineries (e.g. Barrell-aged sours on wine lees & IPAs brewed with oats). Thanks again Larry and Palisade brewing staff!
Tasty beer. Great wings. Very welcoming staff
