Incredible cocktails and pizza. Will definitely return, and recommend to anyone visiting Palisade.
Had another great experience. We went for a whiskey tasting. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention they have great whiskey. Thanks again.
This was once a fantastic place, with engaging staff, and good quality food and beverages. Not Anymore. When they are not very busy (no one is in the courtyard), prepare to be told that you will NOT be served unless you have a seat. So, with a smile, you take the seat right in front of you at the bar, and proceed to be IGNORED for 10 minutes, by 3 of the staff. The patrons to your right and left will acknowledge that they too enjoyed the same hospitality. Funny and unfortunate how things change.
Instead, head next store to the brewery across the street, where you are greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome.
Good food, drinks, and atmosphere. Speciality liquors distilled in house. Bloody Mary's are very tasty.
Super cozy place. Nice, local staff. Amazing food! I was driving, unfortunately, so I didn't have any drinks but they looked enticing.
Visited this restaurant with friends on 10/8/24.
Our waitress, Jaci, was cordial, but quite inaccurate when we asked about sizes of personal vs. ordinary plates and drinks.
When we asked about a difference between a personal pizza and a regular pizza, she used her hands to describe a personal pizza as being about 6" in diameter and a regular one at maybe 9" in diameter. Very few people would order a 6" pizza, so 5 of us opted for regular pizzas instead. When they arrived, it was clear that each of us was taking a half pizza home.
Similar description on the drinks. A small, per Jaci's estimate, was the size of a small OJ at a breakfast joint. Of course, I opted for the regular size Bloody Mary. When it arrived, I was truly worried about finishing it and being able to drive unimpaired.
As it turned out, my worries were needless because there was probably close to zero alcohol in it.
Of course, we ordered everything based on Jaci's recommendation......our mistake. Actually, HER mistake.
Ours was trusting her.
She made money for the restaurant, but she didn't do very well on the tip.
I expect more, and sadly, was disappointed.
We don't live in the area anymore, so it's been several years since we last visited the distillery.
We always loved the boutique spirits and craft cocktails, but the vibe and service left much to be desired back then.
Things have definitely changed for the better!!!
It was such a pleasant surprise to receive a warm, enthusiastic greeting from Krista the second we walked in - and Raigne behind the bar was just as friendly and happy to help.
Our fancy cocktails far exceeded our high expectations and we couldn't resist bringing home a bottle of lavender gin.
High fives all around - we can't wait to come back 🤗
Our waitress was excellent. We sure enjoyed our visit to peach distillery. The pizza was so delicious.
Great food and drinks. Only compliant was our waitress attire...she was very nice but dressed for working at hooters. Made us feel Uncomfortable.
Poor communication with patrons and staff. I showed up at 10am and was finally told at 10:15am by a waitress that you just changed your hours a week or two ago and are now open at 11am on Sundays. Google and your website says open at 10am on Sundays. I also called Saturday (yesterday) afternoon and spoke to two different staff members who confirmed you would be open at 10am today. We have been wanting to come to this distillery for a long time and planned our Sunday travels accordingly to get there at 10am when I was told they would open. I was unable to wait around an hour for the delayed opening.

Showed up on a Saturday night at 730. We were refused Service. Told they will stop serving food. Due to a 45 min delay in service I think that’s illegal with a liquor license too. The place was busy but had open tables. Thanks for ruining our evening because you don’t know how to run a restaurant
Bee and the folks at Peach Street were amazing. I needed dinners for firefighters working an emerging incident, but it had to be at a specific time and within per diem. Bee made it happen. The pizza was amazing, the salad was so fresh, and they provided utensils. I will definitely contact Bee and Peach Street in the future when we have a working incident in the Grand Junction area.
Friendly staff, and a great selection of drinks. Wish I'd been able to stay longer!
The place is ok, service was ok, our food came cold. When we told it to the waiter he said he feels bad🤷♂️
Great food friendly staff and very chill environment. My only negative was the flies hovering around the tables on the outdoor patio, which i understand can not be controlled. Food wise, i highly suggest the beer cheese and pretzels and pizza. The pulled pork bowls were descent a little heavy on the acv bbq sauce but still palatable. The Pork Belly bowl had flavor but would have been an awesome dish if it was a bit more on the crispy side. Drinks were good, refreshing since the day had a high of 89 with little to no wind. The Orchard Sunset was pretty smooth, and my hubby tried the Whisky Mule, which i actually preferred over my choice. Note that there is also a winery and brewery within walking distance. Lastly, the patio is dog friendly, which was nice.
