We had intended to have dinner at Peach Street Distillers this evening, but encountered an unfriendly attitude towards our dog joining us. Alecia, the bartender, stated that the dog barked once and was not allowed inside, citing an unknown no barking policy. As loyal, year-round patrons who reside locally and who have sold our fruit to this establishment, and actively support local businesses, we are extremely disappointed by this encounter and will not be visiting this establishment again. It is worth noting that food preparation does not occur on-site. We would appreciate insight into how the new ownership plans to address this matter, as this interaction has led to the loss of multiple loyal customers, including ourselves, who have previously visited your establishment with our dog. I asked how it was any different than Quill (the Distlillers) dog that is always there inside. No response.
Great atmosphere. Good drinks and good food. While we were there someone was smoking by the building and a fire alarm went off, it was a little scary, but Claire took over and acted like a boss. It was a calm setback and we went on to have an amazing meal. Try the flight of 5 different bourbon. Evening was top notch. Definitely will be back when I'm in town.
I had the Bloody Mary flight and loved the Goat Vodka This our second vacation to Palisades C.O. and we made a special trip to come back to Peach Street Distilleries. We love this place!

Jonathan was the best! 🙌 great food and drinks, check it out 🤙
Always love my time at the distillery. Jonathan was incredible!
Anderdingus was awesome, walked us through the menu and suggested the Gin Ricky which was great!
At least two cuts above the regular pub fare in addition to redonkuluosly tasty distilled spirits.
I came here years ago when they had just started, loved it then, and am so happy to see they are even better. Local cheeses and meats grains and fruits are the core of an eclectic menu. Tristan, our server, did a fantastic job in meeting our needs! highly recommend!!
We had an incredible experience here yesterday. We’re from out of town and stopped in and were very pleasantly surprised. We had one of the best bloody Mary’s we’ve ever had (with garlic vodka) and an incredible bourbon tea. The guacamole was also to die for, they added some local honey and it really took us back how good it was. Our Bartender/ Server was incredible, she made some great recommendations. Hope to be able to return soon!
Incredible cocktails and pizza. Will definitely return, and recommend to anyone visiting Palisade.

Had another great experience. We went for a whiskey tasting. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention they have great whiskey. Thanks again.
This was once a fantastic place, with engaging staff, and good quality food and beverages. Not Anymore. When they are not very busy (no one is in the courtyard), prepare to be told that you will NOT be served unless you have a seat. So, with a smile, you take the seat right in front of you at the bar, and proceed to be IGNORED for 10 minutes, by 3 of the staff. The patrons to your right and left will acknowledge that they too enjoyed the same hospitality. Funny and unfortunate how things change.
Instead, head next store to the brewery across the street, where you are greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome.
Good food, drinks, and atmosphere. Speciality liquors distilled in house. Bloody Mary's are very tasty.
Super cozy place. Nice, local staff. Amazing food! I was driving, unfortunately, so I didn't have any drinks but they looked enticing.
Visited this restaurant with friends on 10/8/24.
Our waitress, Jaci, was cordial, but quite inaccurate when we asked about sizes of personal vs. ordinary plates and drinks.
When we asked about a difference between a personal pizza and a regular pizza, she used her hands to describe a personal pizza as being about 6" in diameter and a regular one at maybe 9" in diameter. Very few people would order a 6" pizza, so 5 of us opted for regular pizzas instead. When they arrived, it was clear that each of us was taking a half pizza home.
Similar description on the drinks. A small, per Jaci's estimate, was the size of a small OJ at a breakfast joint. Of course, I opted for the regular size Bloody Mary. When it arrived, I was truly worried about finishing it and being able to drive unimpaired.
As it turned out, my worries were needless because there was probably close to zero alcohol in it.
Of course, we ordered everything based on Jaci's recommendation......our mistake. Actually, HER mistake.
Ours was trusting her.
She made money for the restaurant, but she didn't do very well on the tip.
I expect more, and sadly, was disappointed.
