The first time I had something from Slice O Life Bakery was when my Mom got their peach poppyseed cake for our family reunion 20 years ago. I had not thought about it again until my daughter and I came to Palisade for the Lavender Festival today. We ended up passing on the festival and coming straight to this bakery! We got their cream puffs, éclairs, and the chocolate cherry cupcake... DELICIOUS!! I also asked the worker if they still do the peach poppyseed, which they do special order, so I'll be calling soon.
