I work in a headshop that sales kratom and even though I could pay way less with the stores discount on kratom, the products we carry do not even come close to the quality of TOP's powder.
Chris Thomas is top notch and cleared up any issues or questions that I ever had. Fastest shipping of any kratom online store either. My latest purchase was literally at my door 24 hrs after purchase and only choosing 2 day fed ex.
I also love how with every order they send samples of other products similar. That is def another reason I keep coming back. One order the weight was low on one of the powders. I was able to get in contact within 20 min of finding the issue and they were very nice and professional about the ordeal. They had the rest I was owed plus a little extra in the mail the next day. As long as this site is running, and kratom is legal I will only shop at TOP

really love this place, their product, their mission/ethos and what they stand for…….but, as an online/mail customer, I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and each time it’s been quite delayed. The first time I ordered something over 4/20 weekend (really busy time for them) and they had some issue w/ their system, so they had to re confirm my address which address a few days - no issue at all, and I appreciate them reaching out.
However, I ordered from them on a Saturday before a trip I had on Wednesday, and I made sure to pay extra for FedEx 2 day option so I could get the shipment prior to the trip. Unfortunately, it took until sometime TUESDAY for them to get the package to FedEx…ofc it failed to arrive before I had to leave for the trip, and I am now having a less than ideal time in a location in which Kratom is illegal.
Normally this would not be a huge deal, I relies on them, and they failed to get things moving in a timely manner - this has never been an issue w/ other vendors, and I am currently regretting choosing TOP over said other vendors.

My review is for the kratom/extracts specifically as I don't have any experience dining in as I live in a different state.. That being said;
Some of the best extracts I've ever had and reasonable prices as well. Came packaged very well with bubble wrap. Very good customer service as I had to contact the shop do to shipping concerns and he was very polite.
The only negative thing that I will say, is the shipping is pretty slow. Unfortunately it took a few days for the order to be processed, then the label was created and took another day.. Then USPS seemed to have the package for awhile.. All in all, it took about 2 weeks to be shipped. I actually ordered from another vendor several days later and still received my product before I got my order from thatoneplace.
But with that being said, thatoneplace has top notch quality, service, and professionalism. I do just wish the shipping were a little bit faster.

Our relationship began rocky, because the snow in Florida delayed my order. I was out, so I did the unthinkable, bought ss k. Years ago, that was all I took. It's not that it's ineffective at all, until a day or two, but it's full of dirt. So, after only having to use it for 2 doses, my first shipment from TOP arrived. I was busy, which was perfect because after the hours I was about to put in, it might be a nice treat. I ordered 5 one hundred gram bags. They threw in this stuff Snooze button, that made for a great night's rest. The white/gold elephant is perfect for beginning the challenge, then I slipped in 3 gs of Royal. For a day and a halfs usage. It's the best I've come across...im old too.lol Oh my bad with the dude doing customer service. He was very nice and thorough during a tough weekend weatherwise. I am updating this review just to keep stuff real. Like I said, I bought 5 100 gram pouches. Unfortunately, because I already had a green open (emerald forest) ...my absolute favorite along with batak from mitraman, it took me a bit to get to green, gold bali. I started with about 3 to 4 grams, looking for that green effect. Sadly, not only did it not work at all, it actually made me feel worse. I never exceed 4 grams but I was super dissapointed. I checked back on the website to see if perhaps the description would clear things up, but it was no longer on the menu. It must have either been super old, or it just plain sucks. It won't stop me from ordering again, but I'm guessing I should avoid bali from them. I usually love the bali, but not this stuff. If you are looking for a green, get emerald forest. It's speedy, so I cut my dose a bit because I'm a bartender and it made my hands shake. Now 2 grams is wonderful! It's got legs like no other. Hate to be negative, but it helps the vendor and the consumer. Be blessed!
