Food is amazing, service is consistently pretentious and they take zero feedback. I will leave it at that.
I just had the chicken enchiladas at a Fidels, and hold on to your taste buds! This is Hands down, one of the the best plates of authentic Mexican food that I have ever had! It was just the right amount of spice, and flavor to the Max!
They have to be enjoyed with one of their many wonderful craft cocktails and a super tasty apps!
All ot the servers are so knowledgeable, and will not steer you in the wrong direction! Definitely a Palisade treasure that should not be missed!

The tacos 🌮 are to die for !!! We love Fidel’s and will stop for lunch anytime we are in palisade!!!
