I really don’t know how this place has such good reviews for mediocre food. We drove 35 min because of the reviews. The tacos are bland and don’t have much flavor, the green chilies burrito was a let down. The breakfast burrito was missing potatoes and just all chorizo. The salsa was watery and the fries were basic. I wouldn’t come back here unfortunately the food isn’t very good. They up charge for every little thing. Whoever thinks this is good does not know what authentic Mexican food tastes like.

The food was Absolutely amazing. We had the street tacos and they by far exceeded my expectations. My husband and I were licking our fingers trying to make sure we ate every sliver of the churros. Absolutely recommend.

Great food and atmosphere! The Mahi taco was cooked perfect. The lengua was very flavorful and the hot sauces were great! I will be back again soon!

I love this place and always come for the tacos. This is one of the few taco places around that make tacos out of corn flour. And it tastes amazing. Not to mention it's also gluten free! This place always has great service and a cute vibe.

I had their Pozole yesterday at the event they were catering, and OMG, their flavors are on point . It was the best one I have ever had. I can't wait to go to their restaurant and try more of their delicious food.

Why are there carrots and peas in the burrito and why does the Verde salsa taste like cucumber. Place is a mess. Disgusting.

Nice little spot we stumbled upon heading to Denver. Tried a few different tacos and the Al pastor was my favorite

I love this restaurant. It’s such a cute place. The family is so sweet and nice. The food is fantastic. I always ask for accommodations, since I’m vegan. They always do a fantastic job. The veggie burrito is delicious. I love that they always add a variety of vegetables. It’s so delicious.

Love this place! Love the food, the patio, and the fact that her kids are with her. What a successful business woman, who can have both, her busines and her family all together!

Whoever you are Kimberly Croteau please don’t come back to Palmer Lake - that wasn’t a waitress it was the owner - she & her husband run an incredibly successful small restaurant & yes they bring their 3 beautiful children to work with them - your burrito had a poblano sauce (not queso) that is amazing & they have the best tacos & tortas I’ve had outside of Mexico - they speak Spanish (gasp) because they’re native to Mexico (maybe that explains the authentic food) - you should stick to something more up your alley - may I suggest On the Border?
Food & service are outstanding - we’re there at least twice a month & have never had a bad experience!
I encourage everyone (except Kimberly) to please check them out!
BTW they were listed in the top 5 Mexican restaurants in the state!
Parking: They are right across the street from a large parking lot for Palmer Lake

Kimberly got it ALL wrong and would probably enjoy a chain restaurant in the Springs more. We drive down from Castle Rock just to get your delicious food and also to see how your babies have grown! I am going out of town for 9 days and will probably have withdrawals.
Keep doing what you are doing- your family and your restaurant are a huge blessing to the area! And you have the best sauces for miles around!
