If you want to have an amazing culinary experience you need to visit The Flying Fork. The ambience is incredible. The food! The food is amazing! Everything was wonderful. So wonderful we went back the next day. Jessica made the experience even better. She was delightful. I will definitely coming back and I highly recommend you pay them a visit.
So happy this Paonia institution reopened! It may have different owners and a different menu, but the food (and the presentation) was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. We sat on the patio, but the inside was nicely done as well.
A bit of constructive criticism: the patio is a peaceful sanctuary, but a loud AC or mini-split unit above the door made it much less enjoyable. Also, we found out it reopened by chance when we just happened to look it up online....

This place is definitely NOT CLOSED as of 10/16/2024. We were just walking by and found it was open, so we decided to check it out and were we glad we did. Great food and a wine list from the local wineries. Waitress told us the new owner/chef was from Sicily and decided to give it a go. Wife and I didn't want a monster meal so we decided to split the Fettuccini Alfredo w/shrimp which is some of the best I've ever had. Had the cannoli's afterward which were...
