One of our favorite places to go in Paonia. We visit each fall, and enjoy the food and atmosphere of this restaurant. Quiet, no horrid music playing like so many restaurants these days. The owners are a husband and wife team, arm friendly and competent people who make you feel welcome and at home. Don’t miss out and get there early and enjoy outside dining on the shaded patio!
I've seen the Fork revolve over the last twelve years, and I love its latest Sicilian incarnation. The food is excellent with preference to local produce and wine. Most recently we were delighted by the Monday night pizza buffet, which had fantastic pies and one of the best caprese I've ever had. We walked in and no hostess. Found someone who gruffly said go back there. Back patio was beautiful. Server brought wrong order than later said she forgot our order.
I had a simple pizza . Crust was great but the cheese was still hard and the pizza had a very strange flavor.
My wife had a Salmon pasta that like mine had been cooked to quickly and didn’t taste right. Being generous with 3 stars as they were having staff issues
