Very delicious food. I ordered the pollo asado and it was so juicy and tender. One of the best Mexican food restaurants I've been to.

Always great
Spent the weekend in denver and was not impressed by the food. Decided to come out to the mountains. Found this place and I was very impressed. Great food and good prices.

I ended up having the Enchiladas Trio. As a person who has studied and who truly loves mexican cuisine it appealed to me because of the three different sauces. All were amazing, but the one that stole the show... the Mole. The flavor profile of this mole was so rich, layered, and complex. It was by far the best I have had outside of Mexico, easily top 3 I've ever had.

This place has excellent food which is surprising for such a small town. We had the chicken chimichangas with chili Verde sauce and it was delicious definitely recommend. Service was quick and easy, will come again when I am in town!
I've grown up in Chicago and we have a huge Mexican community so I'm very familiar with good Mexican food. I have to say that El Tapatio would kill it in Pilsen. I had tacos at the Parachute location and a few days ago Carne Asada at their Moab location. They have this amazing Mexican style Coleslaw which is fantastic and the food is top notch. It's rare to get super hot food at restaurants but the food comes out HOT and fresh. Seriously when I'm in the areas El Tapatio is located I will be back.

This place was amazing, they light the fajitas at the table. The biggest margaritas I have ever had. Nice little authentic restaurant.

Very good food although it takes a long time to arrive. We used to go to this restaurant on a regular basis we had 2 waitresses 1 very friendly but the second one named marisol nothing empathetic seemed that I was angry and the truth that way does not make you want to return because customer service is very important.

Great food! Quaint little town right off the freeway on the way to Denver and the lady serving up the tacos was a joy!
