Oasis in the desert! We are driving across country and have been eating greasy and fried food for days. The lunch specials at this place came with numerous gorgeous fresh veggies. The best Chinese food we've ever had. Ordered the "C" dinner to go and walked back to the hotel in the cold. Not only was everything absolutely delicious and wonderfully seasoned, but it was all still piping hot. The honey walnut shrimp had some crunch to it even after steaming in a takeout box and both the soup and kung pao had some of the freshest tasting veggies and tenderest meat we've ever had from a restaurant.
