Comparing the others restaurants when we’re traveling this is very good restaurant because last night we stopped at Salina, Utah at a el Mexicano restaurant and the difference is like my son said night and day, here the service is very good, the food is very good, definitely we will stop again in the future. We loved it
Great and attentive staff.It's kind of a hole in the wall, but nicely done in typical style of Mexican food restaurant. Huge menu, lots of options.The margaritas are good. They really get the rim salted well, too!

Holy moly! Phenomenal food! Stayed in Parachute for one night. We weren't expecting any great food in this little town & we were blown away! We moved to Colorado in May 2023 from South Texas & its been hard to find good Mexican food. My husband is from Mexico & him and I both agreed that this is the best Mexican food we have tried in the state so far since moving here. Weve been to numerous places up & down the front range.
