“Hong’s is definitely high quality, authentic Chinese food you can only find in Cali but with better ingredients and far better portions!( He doesn’t try to cram everything in one to-go box like panda does; resulting in mostly fried rice/chowmein and a tiny scoop of each). Hold will put your two items in a clam shell and your rice in a separate box! The price may be a few bucks higher(only a few) but it’s well worth the taste and quality alone! add to that the generous portions of everything and it’s a FAR better deal than anywhere else I’ve been in Cali & otherwise! Truckers.. if you are tired of “the run of the mill” truckstop food this is THE SPOT! Just proceed as if you are going to the Parachute, CO REST AREA(I know it says NO COMM VEH, but they’re lying!) and park to your right, right before the entrance to the rest area! Leave thru the rest area and make right to return to the 70.“
