I usually try to support local businesses, but my recent experience at 20 Mile Taphouse was beyond frustrating. I had accumulated loyalty points through their rewards program and was excited to finally redeem them — only to be met with completely unhelpful staff who seemed either unwilling or unable to assist.
To make matters worse, I had also purchased gift cards as a means to tie my credit card to my loyalty program, only to be told later that they would not be honored....read full review
