Just tried to order a sandwich that is on the menu and told they don’t have it anymore. Was not told they were out of them, etc. they just don’t have them anymore.
When I got to the window to pickup the other sandwich I was there for, asked the cashier when they stopped making it.
He tells me they still do. So did someone not want to make it? Or was the person taking the order not trained??

Been to this location twice in the last month and both times I requested a side of red ranch. Both times, I got back to work only to find that the red ranch was not included. If they can't get something like a side of sauce right, how bad do they mess up larger orders????
Stopped in at Arby's for lunch- ordered a Gyro with no lettuce- came with lettuce -it happens right! They remade it. I watched the girl in back put sauce on the peta- must have been the wrong sauce - cause she goes to the sink grabs a paper towel ( to dry your hands) wipes off the peta- wow -now I'm grossed out -they remake it again and now don't know if I want to eat it at all! Good times!!!!!
