I placed an online order for a wrap and the tortilla was very hard.
Overall it was ok, the bread was hard. When we walked in we had ok service, the tables were empty but all were dirty.
Great group of employees working in this location: young, friendly, and professional. They were very patient when working with an older woman who didn't seem familiar with ordering at Jersey Mike's. They said hello to all of us in line and made direct eye contact with me. Asked how I was doing. Such nice people. Kudos to whomever is hiring and training. Highly recommend!
