I brought my kids here at 8:40pm on a night that they close at 9. They wouldn’t let us sit at any of the tables inside because they already had put the chairs up, even though we offered to take then down and put them back up ourselves. I thought they’d at least let us stay inside until 9, but as soon as we ordered $30 of ice cream, plus tip, they told us that they wanted to finish closing the restaurant early and that we’d have to finish our ice cream at a table outside - in 37 degree weather. Having worked in the service industry I fully appreciate trying to get as much closing work as possible done early, but kicking kids out into the cold before closing time amounts to the worst service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. Will not be going back.

Came here after a dinner downtown, has a great selection of ice cream, 31 flavors I’ve heard. Kate’s patience was remarkable as I tired difference flavors (just a couple), but ended up going with a chocolate malted milkshake!

This is the only location that changed The grasshopper pie. We get 8 a year one for everyone’s birthday and to our surprise this one changed the crust to a gram cracker and did not say anything. Not sure why the price was double as it was 3 weeks ago at a different location. Be cautious they don’t follow the franchise

This bask in robins is so expensive and everytime I get a cake from just this location they say they can’t write on the cake only the “decorator” can whoever owns this location is running it into the ground

I recently went here for a milk shake and asked if they had malt she said yes. I ordered a large milkshake and it was not blended properly, no malt was added and it was extremely runny milky! A large milkshake literally wasted and not at all happy with the end

The 2 young ladies (looked like teens) took their time opening the store even though they saw a group of us waiting outside. So they opened later than their scheduled time on the door. They did not greet any of us when we entered the store.

The owner tried to convince me to not buy the mangonada because I’m white he said I won’t like it he also said I won’t like the ingredients in it which were tajin and chamoy. He charged me 20$ for two small milkshakes. Just skip this location go to Kilwins instead
