We met Bria when we were looking for a caterer for our wedding. She dropped off our tasting and it was so much food. It was delicious and I loved the shrimp scampi and pesto pasta salad. Even though we didn't go with Bria for our wedding I knew I wanted food from her again. We signed up for the weekly meal prep plan and it is great! She delivered it to us directly and we've eaten a lot of it already. I just had the Teriyaki Salmon for lunch and it was very tasty! Thank you Bria!

I was excited to work with Bria. I learned about her business in October and wanted to book her services for a birthday party in December. She was very helpful leading up to the event, answering questions about the menu, number of people the food will serve, etc. I paid the deposit to secure her services and paid the invoice in full as requested on the due date of Dec 3. Fast forward to Dec 17, the day of the party, I was excited and nervous for the dinner party. I receive a new email at 2am, the day of, Bria returned from "vacationing in Spain and found her pipes were frozen with no running water." I understand things like that can happen with the cold weather we have. But she also ended the email with "I hope this doesn't deter you from working with small business caterers..." and "I hope you still have a wonderful event." Well, most dinner party events depend on food being the center point. The most frustrating part was that there was no backup plan. How do you run a catering business with no backup plan? The money I paid was refunded quickly, thank goodness. But I will never reach out again. Beware, if anything goes wrong, there is no plan B. She will leave you stranded.

My husband and I took a cooking class with Bria’s Italian Fusion and had a great time learning how to make pasta from scratch! What I loved about Bria’s cooking class in Denver, was that she used attainable ingredients I could find at my local grocery store and gave tips for shortcuts for when trying to make a quick weeknight dinner. The cooking class included knife skills and we got a full meal to eat at the end. Everything was delicious and I still make the pesto sauce regularly! I loved that I got to take home copies of the recipes. Chef Bria prepared delicious and beautifully displayed food for a networking event for our members. We received rave reviews on the selection from attendees - they especially enjoyed the "vegan" mushrooms and strawberry bruschetta. We'll definitely have her back.

A friend and I recently took a cooking class hosted by Bria and it was so much fun! We made linguine from scratch and steak roses with a delicious red wine sauce. Throughout the class, Bria offered some great tips that she learned in culinary school. Everything was delicious and such a great value. Not to mention, Bria takes photos throughout the class so you can focus on cooking and look back on the memories later. Highly recommend trying a cooking class!

Chef Bria is AMAZING! I did a pasta making class with coworkers as a team building event and we had a blast! I had no idea how easy and fun it is to make your own pasta, and Chef Bria made the process incredibly fun and engaging. I learned some new skills that I will take back to my own kitchen, and we got to eat our delicious food at the end! I would 1000% recommend Chef Bria’s class!
