I love the food and have been here several times. My only complaint is that some of the staff are in violation of health codes when working with food. A young lady with very curly hair was working with food items, such as wrapping sandwiches and filling bins with shredded lettuce, etc., without her hair tied back in a pony tail, hat or similar. I have seen this on several occasions. Same with one of the young men making sandwiches. Just be a little more aware in this area, please!

Wow.. just wow the food was so fresh and tender their philly cheese stake was practically melting in my mouth!? the employees were so polite and i loved their tone, they all seem nice and genuine. the restaurant was very clean and aesthetically pleasing i love the vibe in the store. 11/10!!Vegetarian options: A whole extra menu for vegetariansParking: Plenty of spotsKid-friendliness: every kids meal comes with a free juice box and a dum-dum!Wheelchair accessibility: accessible
I love the details when it came to the ordering process. Friendly staff.These were our problems:When we received our order, there was no way to tell which sandwich was which.After opening them up, the sandwiches were wrapped upside down and everything fell out. This was every single sandwich we ordered.The sandwiches wouldn't hold their shape, they had no flavor, no seasoning to the meats or the salt and pepper they were suppose to have. One sandwich has an abundant amount of lettuce instead of meat.We were expecting better quality for our $30 sandwiches for two of us. We ordered Turkey sandwich and classic italian.

We had the American Waygu French dip and it was DELISH!!!The beef was so tender it almost melted in your mouth and the au jus was perfectly seasoned and flavorful! Move over Taste of Philly!

No Au Jus with a French Dip. $3.39 for a maybe 3oz portion of Cole Slaw? Used to get an order 3 times/week. Now, not returning. Terrible. Do better.
Hands down the best Italian grinder Ive had in Colorado. The meatball sub looked equally as delicious.

We have been to the Las Vegas Capriottis several times and this place is just as excellent. My typical go to is the Bobbie (thanksgiving on a bun) the best sandwich I have had, today I had the cheesesteak and it was equally as delicious. I recommend trying the Bobbie can’t go wrong there.

Fast and friendly staff greet you to take your order so they can custom make you a tasty lunch. I'm not a soda drinker, but I splurged for their natural root beer and it was a great fresher while I waited for my toasted sandwich. Your only dilemma will be which sub to choose, as they have a huge list!
