Downhill Brewing is a hidden gem with great pizza and fabulous pretzels. The Collision Kolsch is a favorite among customers. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is laid back. Visitors enjoy the cool decor, variety of beers, and even house-made root beer. While Bavarian pretzels were out of stock, the salad was good. With a mix of seating options, this is a place worth returning to for a fun and enjoyable experience.
