My husband and I stopped by today and it was fantastic! They have so many great people and they made it fun. Kaci was the one that took our order and helped us today. She was so sweet and attentive. We both got the caramel cold brew and let me tell you it is addictive! Their food is great and fresh. We will definitely be going back!
I am SO happy there is finally an Einstein Bagels in Parker. Now I don’t have to drive all the way to Castle Rock to get my favorite breakfast sandwiches and bagels. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming!
I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I’ve stopped by a couple times before heading to work since they opened. Every experience has been great, adding Einsteins to Parker was a fantastic idea!! Staff is awesome and food is fantastic! The main reason I’m writing this is because I feel like people don’t realize new restaurants aren’t going to be smooth off the bat, it takes time to get in the rhythm! Patiences is key! So take it easy on the staff it’s stressful!...
