I made a mistake - and they made it right. They didn't have to, it meant extra time and extra food, but they fixed my mistake. And the bagel sandwich was good; first time I've tried Dunkin's bagel sandwich.
I have been coming to this location for a while now because I work at the movie theater and it’s very close. The coffee is pretty good! But the people are even better! Everyone is so incredibly kind to me and is always asking about my day, and they genuinely seem like they care. Not only do they have good customer service, but also great hospitality.
