This place is closed!
They aren’t open anymore? No announcement it seems of them moving? No idea just drive and wasted my time coming here
LOCATION CLOSED. MOVING
Stopped by on 11/22 and the inside is cleaned out and a sign saying “moving “ was on front door.
What a phenomenal find! Amazing food, wonderful service, and cozy feeling atmosphere! They have massive plates of food and we ended up taking home so much food! This will become a regular for us! Pictures of what we had will be labeled!

The plan was to go to eat at this restaurant with some acquaintances who are from Puerto Rico, the schedule said from 11am to 8pm but when we arrived without any explanation they told us that it was closed and that we should return the next day, after having driven almost 1 hour to get to that place.
Imagine driving 45 minutes to find out they closed, their schedules says from 11am to 8pm and we arrived at 4pm and they told us they closed, please update your schedule so people dont drive 45 minutes in vain again
I was really hoping to eat here
Waited 55+ minutes for small, overpriced appetizer and our main food was given to the table next to us. My husband never received his food. I am pretty positive they messed up my order as well. And when we arrived, there was only around 3 tables being served so I did not understand why everything took so long. When we got up to just pay for our drinks and app. the server was questioning multiple times why we didn't want to pay for the rest of our food even after explaining our bad experience. Horrible customer service. And this was not my first rodeo with this place; being Puerto Rican in Colorado, I really wanted to give this place a chance. On two other occasions, when I went with friends, we also had similar service interactions. Unfortunately, three strikes and you are out. Never coming back here.

I order take out not over the phone because their phone goes to a voice mail that’s full , when I got there I order 4 items. When I got home I only had three. I tried calling them and their number goes to voicemail I was trying to find out if they forgot my item or she didn’t add it to the order. I don’t understand how a business doesn’t have a functioning number. I had to drive back 15 minutes away I really wanted my yuca 🙄. when I got there the lady said that she didn’t add it to my order. I was disappointed that she didn’t listen. I repeated the items like twice .. Also the rice I was not impressed I know PR food . I grew up eating it. I also been to PR. The rice was very plain almost white, and had almost no flavor it had pieces of chicken that tasted bad, also the portion was very small I couldn’t believe it. Did not look like arroz con gandules at all .Anyway bad experienced for me.. unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Delicious food! The food, ambiance and service took me back home to my beloved island of PR. I shall be back once I return to Colorado! The Sangria is to die for!

We stopped by for dinner. We ordered Lechon Asado (slow cooked pork). There was a lot of pork. It was somewhat dry. I will try something different next time. They did give us a red sauce to put on it, that helped. Flavor was good.
We got Arroz con Gandules (rice and peas) as a side. It was dry. Flavor was okay.
We also got Maduros (fried plantaines) as a side. THOSE WERE SOOOO GOOD! Best part of the meal.
Finally, we split a Espinaca y Queso (spinach and cheese) empanada. When I cut it in half, there was really no filling. I addressed this to the waiter, he took it back and brought it back with the proper amount of filling. It was delicious. The green relish type sauce with the empanada was great.
All in all, we enjoyed the food and the experience. We will be back to try something else.
